Pine Haven Christian Assembly

1. Complete the Application Forms and send them to Camp Manager, 
    Tay Odor via email or postal service.  
        *    Application Form
        *    Background Screening Consent Form
        *    Staff Questionaire and Statement of Faith Form
           
2.  Secure 3 character references who can testify to your character 
     and relationship with Christ.  Have them mail or email the form 
     directly to Tay Odor.
        *    Character Reference and Endorsement Form
        *    Electronic Character Reference and Endorsement Form

3.  Interview
        
        *  Interviews will be offered to applicants when a completed 
           application form, background screening form and all three 
           character reference have been received.

        *  Interviews will take place in January and February.
        
        *  We will contact you to arrange a time and location.
