2008 Online Registrations are now ready for Youth Camps.  Adult camps will be ready by April 21 and Family camps by April 24.

If you are looking for printable registration forms to mail in, click on 2008 Camp Schedule from the menu.

To register, click on the link for the appropriate registration form below.  This will open the form in Adobe Acrobat.  Fill out the form and print it before submitting.  To submit for electronic registration click on the submit button on the form when you are ready to submit the registration.  Acrobat will submit the data through an SSL connection to pinehavenccamp.org.  (You may be prompted to OK the transmission.)  You will see a confirmation page when your submission is successful.  If you are paying by PayPal, you must pay the full amount for the camp.  $5.00 will be added to the amount to cover the additional fees that PayPal charges.  You must print the form and either mail it in or have the camper bring the form with them to camp.  All youth registrations must have a signed registration form to be allowed to attend camp.

Last Chance Camp and Adventure week are found on the youth camp registration forms.  Last Chance Camp is for students going into 9th grade through college age.  Adventure Week is for students going into 9th through 12th grades.
